The History of MedClean
MedClean, a division of Mickey’s Linen, has been caring for the healthcare linens and products of medical facilities throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan for over two decades. From the beginning, Mickey's focused on exceptional quality and service. After starting as a small towel laundry provider in the basement of founder Chris "Mickey" Georgadis in 1930, demand grew, and operations expanded from Mickey's home to an industrial facility by 1936. Our commitment to excellence became our guiding principle; with it, we experienced significant growth.
In 2000, Mickey’s acquired new healthcare customers in an industry buyout and formed the MedClean division. MedClean operates in four states, employs over 375 team members, and has multiple processing facilities. As we continue to grow within our existing facilities and new markets, we never lose sight of product quality and unparalleled service. We are committed to providing industry-leading linen & uniform rental programs & services every day.
